Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped out of our location, unless otherwise noted, within 3 days (excluding weekends). Occasionally we have vacation dates. If naturalartist.com suspends shipping due to vacation dates it will be posted on every page of the site in the upper left hand corner. The shipping date will also be noted.

Generally orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail (aprox. 2-3 day delivery). We reserve the right to use other services such as UPS, Fedex, or other shipping service if we find it necessary. You will be notified through Paypal when and how your item was shipped. Paypal updates may go to your junk mail folder, so be sure to check your junk mail box if you have not received an update on your order status.

If you have special shipping needs (e.g. international or express) please contact us before or immediately after placing your order. Other shipping options may have an additional charge.
